01 About Naive

"Naive" usually means clueless. We took the insult and made it the point. In a world drowning in filters and fake perfection, being naive is the flex โ€” the freedom to be unpolished, loud, and a little messy.

Not a lack of taste. The only real style there is.

Honestly? We were bored. The world got too serious so we made clothes for the loud, messy inner child you've been keeping quiet so you could pay your taxes in peace. No manifesto, no mission deck โ€” just stuff that feels like being alive.

02 Our Stuff

Good fabric. Mostly premium cotton blends and breathable stuff that holds up wash after wash. Each product page has the full fabric breakdown for that piece.

Comfortable and relaxed. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements. Between sizes? Size up for more room โ€” it usually feels better.

Always check the care label first. As a rule: cold wash, air dry, no bleach, no high heat. That's how the colors and shape stay sharp.

03 Orders & Shipping

Depends on where you are:

  • Processing 1โ€“2 business days
  • Cairo & Giza 2โ€“4 business days after dispatch
  • 6 of October 1โ€“4 business days after dispatch
  • Alexandria 3โ€“5 business days after dispatch
  • Other governorates Up to 6 business days after dispatch
  • International Case-by-case โ€” email hi@bynaive.com first. 7โ€“12 days once shipped, customs on you.

Yes โ€” but we handle international orders case-by-case for now. Email hi@bynaive.com with your country and what you want before checkout. We'll come back with a shipping quote and a checkout link. Expect 7โ€“12 business days once dispatched. Customs duties and import taxes are on you.

Yep โ€” you'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Real-time updates from there.

All major credit and debit cards (via Paymob), plus Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible. Every payment is encrypted end-to-end. We never store your full card details.

04 Returns & Exchanges

We want you comfortable. If something feels off, we'll sort it. You have 16 days from the day we ship your order to submit a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Sorry about that โ€” email support@bynaive.com within 48 hours of delivery. You pick: free replacement or full refund. Return shipping is on us.

Once we get the item back and inspect it: 7โ€“14 business days. Prepaid orders go back to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or digital wallet.

Anything bought on sale or with a discount code is refunded as store credit โ€” not cash. It's how we keep the discounts flowing.

Bank transfer, digital wallet, or another method we agree on โ€” within 7โ€“14 business days of approval. We'll reach out to confirm what works for you.

05 Payment

Yes โ€” fully encrypted, end-to-end. We never store full card details on our servers. Your security comes first, always.
