1. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for an exchange or refund:

Request must be submitted within 16 days from the date your order is dispatched.

Original tags must remain attached.

Item must pass quality inspection upon receipt.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or abuse of return policy may result in:

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, structured return services are designed primarily for Egypt-based orders.
International return requests are subject to approval and customer covers all shipping and customs costs unless item is defective.
