If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a structured post-purchase solution under the conditions below.

1. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • Request must be submitted within 16 days from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging.

  • Item must pass quality inspection upon receipt.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

2. HOW TO REQUEST

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Phone number

  • Reason for request

  • Photos (if defective or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. ONE POST-PURCHASE ACTION PER ORDER

Each order is eligible for one post-purchase action only:

  • Exchange

  • Refund

  • Or a combined request submitted at the same time

Multiple return cycles per order are not permitted.

4. SHIPPING FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping.

5. REFUND METHOD

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Item is received.

  • Item passes inspection.

Prepaid Orders

Refund issued to original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refund issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Digital wallet

  • Or approved alternative method

Processing time: 7โ€“14 business days after approval.

6. DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS

Items purchased:

  • During sale periods

  • With discount codes

Are eligible for:

  • Exchange (subject to availability), or

  • Refund issued as store credit only

Store credit is valid for future purchases and is non-transferable.

7. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

For bundle promotions (e.g., Buy X Get Y):

  • Items cannot be returned individually.

  • Full promotional set must be returned for refund eligibility.

8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A wrong item

  • A manufacturing defect

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We offer:

  • Free exchange, or

  • Full refund (your choice)

If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of delivery after normal use, we provide a product warranty evaluation under our internal quality standards.

9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Customers are expected to inspect orders upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or abuse of return policy may result in:

  • Restriction of COD payment option

  • Prepaid-only requirement for future orders

We reserve the right to decline service in cases of misuse.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, structured return services are designed primarily for Egypt-based orders.

International return requests are subject to approval and customer covers all shipping and customs costs unless item is defective.

11. RIGHT TO REJECT

We reserve the right to reject returns that show:

  • Signs of wear

  • Damage

  • Washing

  • Odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Missing tags

Rejected items will be returned to customer at their expense.

12.Return & Exchange Request
