1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship:

  • Across Egypt (primary market)

  • Internationally (subject to approval and shipping availability)

International shipping rates and timelines vary based on destination.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within:

1โ€“2 business days
(Excluding Fridays and official public holidays in Egypt.)

Processing time refers to order preparation and courier handover.

During product launches, high-demand drops, or sale periods, processing times may extend slightly.

3. EGYPT SHIPPING

3.1 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2โ€“4 business days

  • 6 of October: 1โ€“4 business days

  • Alexandria: 3โ€“5 business days

  • Other governorates: Up to 6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party courier partners and are not guaranteed.

3.2 Shipping Fees (Egypt)

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Free Shipping

Sometimes we offer free standard shipping on orders over specific amount within Egypt.

Free shipping is automatically applied once the qualifying subtotal is reached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Full payment must be made at delivery.

  • Partial payments are not permitted.

  • Customers must be reachable via phone for confirmation prior to dispatch.

  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation attempts fail.

Refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in:

  • Restriction of COD payment option

  • Prepaid-only requirement for future purchases

Naive reserves the right to decline service in cases of policy misuse.

3.4 Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2โ€“3 times.

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The address is incomplete or inaccurate

  • Delivery is refused without valid reason

Reshipping requires additional shipping payment.

3.5 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Complete delivery address

  • Accurate and reachable phone number

Orders with unclear addresses or unreachable numbers may be subject to cancellation.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

4.1 Delivery Time

We currently handle international orders case-by-case. Email hi@bynaive.com with your country and what you want before placing your order โ€” we'll come back with a shipping quote and a private checkout link.

Estimated delivery once dispatched: 7โ€“12 business days.

Delivery timelines depend on destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Naive does not guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments.

4.2 International Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Courier rates

International shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

4.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

  • Naive is not responsible for additional charges imposed by destination authorities.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, the order may not be eligible for refund of shipping costs.

5. DELIVERY LIABILITY

Shipping services are provided by third-party courier companies.

Naive:

  • Does not guarantee exact delivery dates or time slots.

  • Is not liable for courier-related delays.

  • Is not responsible for force majeure events including weather, government actions, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders must be accepted in full upon delivery.

Return or exchange requests may be initiated after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

7. NO PHYSICAL PICKUP

Naive operates exclusively online.

Orders cannot be picked up in person.
